  • PT Agung Mandalika is company wich provides in contruction service of electrical, mechanical, and civil. The most employees of this company is PKWT, which has problem in recruitment process for employeesment’s who will lengthen the contract and the refrence in giving salary. This reasearch is tends to make the scoring performance tool for PKWT employees, wich use as reference in contracting system and has the refrence in giving wages/salary. Based on the reasearch , the tool that made by using analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy simple additive weighted method with the first stage in deciding criterion’s scoring, the criterion that used as reference are: work result 0.252, work responsbility 0,214, loyalty k3 0,196, work discipline 0,873, individual skill 0,153. Based on the scoring above, we can use it by using linkert scale, which the employes will be scored based on the criterion. The result of emplouees’ peformance and the level based on the 16 employees PKWT are: Syamsul 0,956; Nanang Nanang 0,938, Kamsin 0,923, Yanto 0,903, Handayadi 0,879, Rifki 0,865, Kadut 0,867, Arifin 0,866, Rohman 0,834, Dendi 0,827, Niko 0,815, Anto 0,811, Bahrudin 0,807, Mastari 0,805, Subari 0,804, and Misro 0,791. Based on the result above, we can know that all of employees have ‘Very Good” performance and suggeted to lengthen the contract with the increasing of salary 0,37%, which this value has got from the changes of inflation in one year.
