- This study aims to find empirical evidence whether the work experience, competence, motivation, accountability, objectivity and independence of auditors affect the quality of audits at the Inspectorate of Tangerang District . The data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondent. This research was conducted at Inspectorate of Tangerang District, with the object of research is Auditor. The sample in this research is 40 respondents with sampling technique saturated sampling method that is using all auditor Inspectorate of Tangerang District as respondent. Analysis method that writer use to test hypothesis is doubled linear regression with software SPSS 20.0 . The results showed that work experience, competence, motivation, accountability, objectivity and auditor independence have a significant effect on the quality of audit.
