- he large number of poor people in the Regency or City of Banten Province calculates the amount of the budget in the Regency or City of Banten Province is still low. Research Substance (Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) to the level of poverty that exists in the district or city of Banten Province during the period 2013 to 2017. This study uses quantitative research and secondary data sources, using saturated samples which consists of 8 regencies or cities, the variables in this study are ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Poverty. Meode of data collection using library research and documentation, this study uses a data panel (time series and cross section) using statistical analysis tools Eviews 8.1. ZIS and GRDP earn significantly on the level of poverty and GDP significantly and positively on the level of poverty and the results of the ZI and PDRB research have a significant income towards the level of welfare by contributing 59.3%.
