  • This study aims to determine the effect of provincial minimum wages, industrial sector investment and government expenditure economics to employment industrial sector in 5 provinces in Indonesia. The determination of samples based on the panel data, consisting of time series data for period 2010- 2017 and cross section data of 5 Provinces in Indonesia. The data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Financial Balance. This study used panel data analysis method with an estimated fixed effect model (FEM). Based on the results of the tests simultaneously (Test-F) showed that provincial minimum wages, industrial sector investment and government expenditure economics simultaneously has significant effect to employment industrial sector. While based on the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that industrial sector investment and government expenditure economics has significant effect to employment industrial sector. While the provincial minimum wage has no significant effect to employment industrial sector.
