- Finati Mutmainah, The Different of Thinking Skills Students Who Applied Model Cooperative Learning Type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with The Direct Instructions Learning. (A Quasi Experiment At Fifth Grade in SD Negeri Graha Cisait). Research Paper, Primary School Teacher Education Department, Teacher Training And Education Faculty, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research Purpose was to know of applied of model cooperative learning type numbered heads together (NHT) toward students thinking skills in Social at fifth grade school. This research was held in SD Negeri Graha Cisait in 2016/2017. This research method is experimentation with forms of research Quasi Experimental Design (quasi-experimental). The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling. In this research at V A were 34 students as experiment class with applying model cooperative learning type numbered heads together (NHT) and at V B were 34 students as control class with applied direct instruction learning. Based on pretest data by the average value of student thinking skills experimental class of 13,50 while the control class is 13,05. After learning, the second classes are given the posttest. Based on the data processing post-test average results of thinking skills students experiment at 19,55 while the control class is 17,20. Based on the results concluded that the results of thinking skills students with cooperative learning model type numbered heads together (NHT) there are significant differences and better than students with direct instructional model (Direct Instruction), therefore Ho rejected dan H1 accepted. Finally that is a learning outcome after a given learning activities using model cooperative learning type numbered heads together (NHT) and result learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is better than Direct Instruction teaching model
