- Abstract – Nowadays, information and communication technology has become a primary need of humankind. All human activities carried out using this technology, ranging from private business to the state affairs. With ICT humans can communicate with anyone, anytime and anywhere. Furthermore all activities can be easily done when using ICT. Recognizing the importance of ICT technologies, the Indonesian government has had instructed the local government institutions to use ICT in providing their services to the public. Banten Provincial Government awarded the qualified opinion from the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. This shows still found weaknesses in financial management in the Government of Banten. In an effort to repair, it is necessary to use ICT innovation by leveraging technology to create a financial management plan. This system can be used to monitor the progress of implementation in the Province of Banten so that absorption can be known in real time. But before building an information syste, it is required a feasibility study so that systems built according to the real needs. This research is a feasibility study of applying SIPPD in Banten Province. Results of the study found that based on the infrastructure and human resources, Banten Province is ready to build SIPPD.
