- This study aims to How food consumption patterns of households in the village of Sawah Luhur Kasemen District of Serang, Whater factor of education, income, and cultural influences on family food consumption patterns Rice farmers in the District of Serang City Kasemen. The method used in this research is the survey location. Research areas defined intentionally (purposive). The data used are primary data and secondary data, the number of respondents 40 families out of a population 396 households. Respondents in this study are women. The variables studied were education, income and culture as independ- ent variables and patterns of food consumption as the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing is performed by multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing before first tested the classical assumptions. These results indicate the level of food consumption patterns in Desa Sawah Luhur Kasemen District of Serang City still relies not nutritious, and safe and secure berimbnag because only consume grains (milled rice, corn, wheat flour) 35.5%, groups of tubers 1.97, 3.37 animal food groups, fruits and oily seeds 0.10, legumes group (melinjo, coconut) 1:32% oils and fats (coconut oil) 4:31% and when viewed from the desired food pattern score (PPH) the mean score of 39.7 produces Desa Sawah Luhur still under Banten province PPH score of 83.3, a score of 79.8 and a strike City PPH PPH scores 100px ideal comparison group scores energy consumption 17.53 grains, tubers 0 , 93, 7.45 animal food, oils and fats 2.15, fruit / 0.05 oily seeds, nuts 2.64, 0.36 sugar, vegetables and fruits 7.96. Education, income and culture simultaneously significant effect on food consumption patterns while partially the real effect is income and culture.
