This study was conducted to Analyzed the Influence of Inventory Trunover and Debt To Total Asset to Return On Investment with Current Ratio as moderating variable In Retail Trade Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008-2014. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and number of samples used by 5 companies. This study used data secondary from financial report Retail Trade Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 20082014(www.idx.co.id). The analysis methods used in this study are Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study demonstrate that the partial Inventory Trunover have a positive significant influence to Return On Investment, Debt To Total Asset have a positive significant influence to Return On Investment, Current Ratio is’n moderating variable bacause it can’t give strength or weak influence to relationships Inventory Trunover with Return On Investment, and Current Ratio is moderating variable bacause it can give significant weak influence to ralationships Debt to Total Asset with Return On Investment Keywords : Return On Investment, Inventory Trunover, Debt To Total Asset, and Current Ratio
