- Background of the research was lack of transparency of rural financial management in Kupa handap Village unpreparedness of human resources of Kupahandap Village in running of Regent Regulation No. 24 of 2015 on Rural Financial Management Guidelines (Case Study in Kupa Handap Village). Informant of the research was Head of Village, Staff and community figure. The research used theory of Van Metter Van Hom with descriptive method qualitative approach. Technique of collecting data was interview, observation and documentation. In testing validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation and member check. The result showed that the Implementation of Pandeglang Regent Regulation No 24 of 2015 on Rural Financial Management Guidelines in Kupahandap Village was running well, but there were some obstacles such as the staff village had difficulty in running this regulation, communication and coordination among the stakeholders has not optimal yet. Suggestion of the research was to give training to the village staff as soon as possible and improving the communicaton and coordinaton process among the stakeholders.
