- EKA SUBAGJA. 2019. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Resistance Test on Standing water Of Morphologically and Molecularly. Guided by Susiyanti and Rusmana. The research was aimed to test the resilience of local rice to standing water on morfologically and moleculary. The morphological test design was used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, they were A1 (Kewal Putih), A2 (Kewal Hideung), A3 (Cere), A4 (Tunggul Hideung), A5 ( Inpari 30) dan A6 (IR64). The second factor is the concentration of standing water, they were G1 (0), G2 (2 cm), G3 (4 cm), G4 (6 cm) and G5 (8 cm). The molecular test used three kind of SSR molekular marker, namely is Sub 1, RM 8300 and RM 464. The results of the morphological test showed that the used of different accessions only gave a very significant effect on plant height, but did not had a significant effect on the parameters of wet weight, dry weight and root length. The results of the molecular test showed that SSR markers can identify the water standing resistance on rice and for IR64, kewal bulu putih and tunggul hideung were grouped together with positive inpari 30 as positive control.
