  • This researche is used to know about the influence of the learning models named KUMON and SPIKPU for the ability of reading comprehension which is implemented to drama at grade XI of SMA Negeri 4 Kota Serang Year 2016/2017; and to know about the comparison both of learning models to the ability of reading comprehension. The populations are all of the students grade XI SMA Negeri 4 Kota Serang Year 2016/2017 about 389 students. Although the sample of this researche which use simple random sampling technic are XI IPA 2 as a class to practice with KUMON and XI IPA 1 as a class to practice with SPIKPU about 195 students. The second sampling is used to get students sample with degree of freedom 10% about 62 which parting to both of sampling class about 31 students. The hypothesis test 1 showing that thitung ≤ ttabel or 0,493 ≤ 2,042, H0 accepted at the right area with the relust that there isn’t influence of learning models named KUMON for the ability of reading comprehension of drama. The hypothesis test 2 showing that thitung ≥ ttabel or 9,217 ≥ 2,042, Ha accepted at the right area with the relust that there is an influence of learning models named SPIKPU for the ability of reading comprehension of drama. The hypothesis test 3 showing that thitung ≥ ttabelor 4,187 ≥ 2,000 (dk = 60 α = 0,05), Ha accepted at the right area with the relust that there is a comparison both of two learning models named KUMON and SPIKPU for the ability of reading comprehension of drama. The influence of learning models named SPIKPU about 9,217 is bigger than the influence of learning models named SPIKPU about 0,493. The conclution explain that SPIKPU as a learning models is better than KUMON as a learning models for the ability of reading comprehension XI SMA Negeri 4 Kota Serang Year 2016/2017.
