- INTEGRATION ANALYSIS OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) ON THE PERFORMANCE AND COMPETITIVENESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (Case Study of Regional Contractors Contractors Banten and DKI Jakarta) x Kaswan ABSTRACT Supply Chain Management (SCM) has become a valuable way possible to secure the company's performance and competitiveness of enterprises. construction industry today is more global and competitive than it has been in the past. This will force the Supply Chain Management (SCM) to be more responsive, so expect to respond quickly, effectively, and efficiently to changes in the market so as to retain, and subsequently made into increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The concept of this study, to develop three-dimensional SCM Supply Chain Management (material, financial, information), three-dimensional performance of the company (internal, ekssternal, and the market situation) threedimensional corporate competitiveness (price, cost, and quality), and examine the relationship between SCM Supply Chain Management, the company's performance and competitiveness of enterprises. By using the questionnaire as a measuring tool and software AMOS / SEM V21 for data processing applications collected is 133 respondents. Results showed that higher levels of Supply Chain Management SCM can lead to increased performance of the company amounted to 0.681 from the results of the path analysis diagram or 68% and increase the competitiveness of the company amounted to 0.280 from the results of the path analysis diagram or 28%, and also, the performance of the company have a positive impact directly on the competitiveness of 0.328 perusaahn path diagram of the results of the analysis or 32%.
