  • Founded in 2007, Rizka Banana Chips is an individual company that runs the banana powder business, and is located on Gang Pu Street, Bandar Lampung City. Rizka Lampung Banana Chips do not distribute their products to stores, markets, etc., so that consumers come directly to sell their products. the driver who passes the alley road becomes the main target of sales. not all consumers visit and buy products. because the location is rather protruding from the trans Bandar Lampung route and is difficult to see from the passing driver. Until now, Pisang Rizka Lampung Chips have not developed as expected.The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the right marketing strategy to be applied in Rizka Lampung Banana Chips in prescribing the market, (2) to formulate alternative marketing strategies for Rizka Lampung Banana Chips, (3) to analyze internal and external factors in marketing strategies for Rizla Banana Chips in Bandar Lampung City.The method used in this study is the survey method. place selection and respondent is done purposively. The analytical tool used is the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, EFE matrix (External Factor Evaluation), IE matrix (Internal External), and SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Based on IFE matrix obtained 2,70 score, based on EFE matrixs obtained 2,80 score. From both score obtained IE matrixs which on V cell is hold and maintain strategy.
