- FARRAS EKO SAPUTRO, 2019. Response Giving Doses of Bokashi’s Straw Fertilizer and Use Different Varieties on Growth and Yield of Cauliflower Plants (Brassica oleraceae var. botrytis L.). Under guidance Sri Ritawati and Dewi Hastuti. This research was aimed to determine the effect of giving bokashi’s straw fertilizer with different dose and use of various varieties on growth and yield of cauliflower plants. This research was conducted on June until August 2018 at experimental farm of the Integrated Agriculture System Area (SISTANDU) Banten Seed and Food Technology Horticultural Center (BBITPH) and Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research was conducted experimentally and compiled based on Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD). The first factor was bokashi’s straw fertilizer dose with 5 variations: 0, 4, 8, 12, and 16 gram and the second factor was varieties of cauliflower: PM 126 F1 variety and Bima 45 F1 variety. There were 3 replications so that there were 30 experimental units. Data obtained using F test 5% and 1% then tested further with a 5% DMRT test. The parameters measured in the research consist of plant growth (plant height, leaf amount, stem diameter, and time of flower appeared) and yield of cauliflower (harvesting time, flower diameter, crop weight and chlorophyll quantity). The result showed that varieties factor had a very significant effect in the parameters of plant height 1 WAP, namely PM 126 F1 (12.84 cm) and stem diameter 49 DAP Bima varieties 45 F1 (16.01 mm), but there was no interaction on these two factors.
