- Partnership is mutually beneficial business relationship between small-sized business with medium or big-sized business (partner company) accompanied by coaching and development from big-sized business by paying attention to the principle of mutual benefit. In order to increase the quality and quantity of production especially chili, the presence of PS4 Tunas Baru is suitable for farmers whose economies are weak, because with the partnership pattern applied between PS4 Tunas Baru with farmers, working together in order to increase business, the existence of this institution indirectly plays a role in fighting against economic inequality. The results showed that chili farmers in Kecamatan Cipeucang partnered with PS4 Tunas Baru by their own will because there is a guarantee of market certainty and production facilities from PS4 Tunas Baru for farmers. During the process of planting and maintenance until post-harvest, chilli farmers were given guidance by PS4 Tunas Baru so that the quality of the chilli was as desired by PS4 Tunas Baru.
