- The objective of this research is to find out the young generation in the perception of employment in the agricultural special of " Kasepuhan Cisitu distric" Situmulya village ,and research related factor the perception of the young generation on employment in the agricultural. This type of research is included in the category of quantitative kualitative research using survey research methods .The unit of analysis in this research as much as 40 respondents determined with the formula retrieval techniques using purposive sampling. Respondents in this research were young generation based on the understanding of the United Nations, namely the age group 15-24 years. The results of this research indicate that the perception of the younger generation on employment in the agricultural sector in Kasepuhan Cisitu distric situmulya village sub-district is good, the young generation indicated contribution at Kasepuhan Cisitu distric situmulya village were have good perception about agricultural sector enployment. Because they were conviction about local wisdom agricultural tradition at Kasepuhan Cisitu. Chi-Square and renk sperman test result show that there are differences in perceptions based on their characteristics and result show related factor in perception.
