The purpose of this research was to know the effect of the concentration of coconut 
water and the dosage level of cow manure on the growth of seedlings of red dragon 
fruit cuttings (Hylocereus polyrhizus). The research was conducted at Kp. 
Karangsuka RT.02 RW.03 Desa Nyapah Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang from 
May until July 2018 used Randomized Completely Block Design wich consisted of 
two factor. The first factor was the level of concentration of coconut water which 
consists of four levels : 0%, 20%, 40% and 60%. The second factor was the dosage 
of cow manure which consisted of three levels : 30 g / polybag, 35 g / polybag, 40 
g / polybag. The results showed that the concentration of coconut water 0% gave 
the best results for the time of budding, namely the age of 21.67 day after planting 
(DAP), the length of the shoot produced 0.67 cm at the age of 3 weeks after planting 
(WAP). The dosage of cow manure 30 g / polybag gave the best results for the time 
of shoot emergence, which was 28.08 (DAP). There was an interaction between the 
treatment of the concentration of coconut water and cow manure on the parameters 
of the number of shoots aged 3 weeks after planting (WAP), the length of shoots at 
3 (WAP), and 6 (WAP).
