The research was conducted at Kp. &#xD; Karangsuka RT.02 RW.03 Desa Nyapah Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang from &#xD; May until July 2018 used Randomized Completely Block Design wich consisted of &#xD; two factor. The first factor was the level of concentration of coconut water which &#xD; consists of four levels : 0%, 20%, 40% and 60%. The second factor was the dosage &#xD; of cow manure which consisted of three levels : 30 g / polybag, 35 g / polybag, 40 &#xD; g / polybag. The results showed that the concentration of coconut water 0% gave &#xD; the best results for the time of budding, namely the age of 21.67 day after planting &#xD; (DAP), the length of the shoot produced 0.67 cm at the age of 3 weeks after planting &#xD; (WAP). The dosage of cow manure 30 g / polybag gave the best results for the time &#xD; of shoot emergence, which was 28.08 (DAP).
