The aimed of &#xD; this research was to know the effect of BAP and Kinetin on shoots multiplication &#xD; of Indigofera (Indigofera zollingeriana Miq.). Treatments of shoots multiplication &#xD; of Indigofera were using MS media with 2 factor of treatments, i.e., concentration &#xD; of BAP (0, 1, 1.5, and 2 mg/L) and Kinetin (0, 1, 2, and 3 mg/L). Results showed &#xD; that BAP at 1 mg/L, 1.5 mg/L, and 2 mg/L gave the best results for number of &#xD; shoots at 4, 6, and 8 Week After Planting. Treatment without BAP was the lowest &#xD; number of shoots. The effect of BAP has very significant on callus texture. &#xD; Friable callus was achieved on treatment without BAP. BAP with concentration &#xD; 1.5 mg/L and 2 mg/L showed the most compact callus. Parameters observation of &#xD; buds appear, lenght of shoots, number of leaves, and diameter of callus showed no &#xD; significant effect.
