- ABSTRACT HEATING ANALYSIS OF INSTALLATION CONVERTER KIT FUEL GAS Compiled By : MOCHAMAD FACHRIZAL NIM. 3331082612 This study aims to determine the effect of heat on gas LGV so perfectly in the room fuel burn by means of infrared rays firing in heating incoming water temperature (T1), the temperature of the water heater out (T2), the temperature of the inlet gas heater (T3) and the temperature of the heating gas exit ( T4). The experimental method is measures the value of the gas temperature and gas pressure using an infrared thermometer Fast and Easy Software Smart. The test variables are : 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm and 3000 engine rpm research result shows that: Qin gas is lower at high rpm because the difference between T3 and T4 is small (small Δt). A small Δt due to temperatures that are absorbed by water (water supplay more). While Qout high water at low rpm because the difference between T1 to T2 is large (large Δt). Δt large because the temperature is absorbed by the gas (gas supplay less). Keywords: LGV, Converter Kit, Reducer and Motor gasoline
