Under the Guidance of Fitria Riany Eris and Nurmayulis This research aimed to know the influence of biofertilizer dosage and concentration of palm olein diethanolamide biosurfactant for the growth of cacao seedlings and also to know the interaction between biofertilizer dosage and concentration of palm olein diethanolamide biosurfactant on growth of cacao seedling (Theobroma cacao L.). This research was conducted in a greenhouse and soil and agroclimate laboratory of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. In Desember 2018 - April 2019, using randomize complete block design with two factors. The first factor is biofertilizer dosage (0, 10, and 20 ml/polybag) and the second factor is concentration of palm olein diethanolamide biosurfactant (0, 5, 10 and 15%/polybag). Therefore, there were 12 combinations of treatments. Each treatment was repeated three times, so that there were 36 experimental units. Each combination treatment consisted of 2 plants, so that there were 72 cacao seeds used in the study. In this study biofertilizer used is a combination of several microbes or consortiums of Azotobacter, Pseudomonas, Bacillus, and Azospirillum. Biofertilizer is applied to 1 month old cacao seedlings. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, root length, seedlings fresh weight, seedlings dry weight and shoot root ratio. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Duncan Multiple further to determine differences between treatments. The results of analysis, biofertilizer dosage significantly affect on number of leaves to 4 weeks after treatment. Concentration of palm olein diethanolamide biosurfactant unsignificantly affect on all parameters. Interaction of biofertilizer dosage and concentration of palm olein diethanolamide biosurfactant significantly affect on plant height to 8 weeks after treatment.
