  • The Effect Kind of Biological Agent Isolates on The Growth Rate of Mycelia Fungus Pyricularia oryzaeCausing Blast Disease in Rice Plants (Oryza sativa). Guided by Andi Apriany Fatmawaty, Nuniek Hermita and Santoso. The research was aimed to know the effect kind of biological agent isolates on the growth rate of mycelia fungus Pyricularia oryzae causing blast disease in rice plants (Oryza sativa). The research location in the Muara Experimental Garden laboratory. This research uses a completely randomized design. The result solved that can be seen that 53 bacterial isolates were obtained from rhizosphere and rice plant tissue, there were 7 bacteria isolates which were biological agents. P1 bacteria [A7-5.1 (1)] can inhibits the growth rate of mycelia fungus Pyricularia oryzae ras 033 and 133 with the highest percentage 87,63% and67,78%. Whereas P5 bacteria [B2-1.4 (1)] can inhibit the growth rate of mycelia fungus Pyricularia oryzae ras 073, and 173 with the highest percentage 85,47% and 92,09%.
