This research includes the type of descriptive qualitative research. The approach in this research was a pragmatic approach. The source of data which used in this research is a conversation or dialogue in Rumpi No Secret program at Trans TV Channel on May 2016. The data in this research was a speech which contain infringement of impoliteness maxim in Rumpi No Secret program at Trans TV Channel on May 2016. Data collection method which used in this research was Metode Simak (Observation Method), while the technique in collecting data were Teknik Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (Uninvolved Conversation Observation Technique), Teknik Rekam (Recording Technique) and Teknik Catat (Writing Technique).
