- This study aims to describe the readiness of schools in implementing the 2013 curriculum and obstacles that meet teachers and principals in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and efforts to overcome these obstacles. This study used a qualitative desk-based approach. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The main intrument is the study using observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Technique examination of data validity use triangulation. The results showed that the teacher steps in preparing the RPP is choosing the theme, reviewing the teacher's book, reviewing the syllabus, then preparing the RPP. The compiled RPP is in line with the concept of the 2013 curriculum. The Authentic Assessments that teachers use include observation, discussion, project, performance, and written assessment.
