Sampling method that used is non probability sampling with the type of sampling technique is saturated samples. In this study used intrinsic motivation, transformational leadership and physical work environment as independent variable, employee performance as dependent variable. In this study used analysis method of multiple regression. Research done by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 20 version (SPSS). The result indicate that in partially intrinsic motivations prove that positive and significant on employee performance, transformational leadership prove that positive and significant on employee performance, and physical work environment prove that positive and significant on employee performance.
