Super Unggas Jaya. This study aims to determine The Influence of the psikis work environment and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at PT. Super Unggas Jaya. This type of research is an assosiative study using survey research techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 69 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated samples. Data processing studies performed using SPSS version 21. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, researchers used the t test. From all the results of all the calculations, the validity test, reliability test, and the classical assumption is met. Known results of the multiple regression equation Y = 5,617 + 0.338X1 + 0.418X2 . Value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.547. It shows that psikis work environment influence on employee performance, and extrinsic motivation influence on employee perforance. While the coefficient of determination (kd) = 30,0%, it means that the contribution of psikis work environment and extrinsic motivation on employee performance amounted to 30,0 % and the remaining 70,0% is explained by other factors not addressed in this study.
