- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, placing employees 'and competence of the employees' performance on attacking the city transportation department. The study population was attacking the city transportation department employees 112 people. The samples used were 53 people. Data collection methods used in this research is observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Test and T. Based on the research results of the t test, the Work Environment on Employee Performance obtained thitung > ttable (2.450> 1.675) so that there is a positive and significant effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, Placement of employees' the Employee Performance obtained thitung > ttable (3,078> 1,675) so that there is a positive and significant effect of Staffing the Employee Performance, Competency against employees' performance gained thitung > ttable (2.860> 1.675) so that there is a positive and significant effect of the Employee Performance Competence.
