The research also use the model Nowak and Warneryd described by McQuail and Windahl (1993). This model is a traditional model campaign. On the model of these processes campaign begins to the point of will achieved and the ends with the desired effect. This model campaign there are elements that is intended effect, competiting communication, communication object, target populating and receiving group, the channel, the message,the communicator, and the obtained effect. The research is focused on DPD Partai Golkar Kabupaten Lebak. The research method in this research is qualitative approach anda this technique used purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data in this research are interview, observation, pictures, and literature. The results and conclusions of this research that in achieved results golkar very good because there are basic elements of a campaign as recruitment and training of personnel campaign constructed a message, select message dissemination campaign channel and select campaign. Supported by elements of a model campaign nowak and warneryd then it gives Partai Golkar will accomplishes its intended purpose. Suggestions to the Partai Golkar campaign be able to improve evaluation and maximize the results by a political party. Partai Golkar district lebak expected that it will quickly feel satisfied with the results achieved, Moreover these elections are the purpose of Partai Golkar be far away from the expected. Partai Golkar district lebak have to work to restore the image of a political party in society of all elements in the party
