- The developer of housing project construction in Indonesia generally do not identify the inderect costs in detail and it is believed that is no accurate mechanism in determining the magnitude of each of these variable indirect costs. The consequences of not having an accurate mechanism in the estimation of costs, especially in the estimation of indirect costs so that the profits obtained not optimal even` not rarely suffered losses. Therefore, this research will discuss on estimation of costs on residential projects in the residential development projects of Citra Serang Residence. This research aims to know the cost estimated, the percentage of indirect costs as well as supply chain patterns of material and workers on the residential project of Citra Serang Residence. This research uses the method of direct observation and dissemination the questionnaire to respondents who were involved in the project, then the data which were obtained processed using the software of SPSS. 20 to find out the characteristics of the indirect costs. From the deliberations results, obtained the percentage value average of the Indirect Cost in the housing project at 12.13% and on the comparison project in the road construction projects at 6.59%. A good system of material supply chain that will impact in the suitability of the project schedule as well as system of worker pattern in full worked in a project will minimize the indirect costs which caused by delays and errors of processing in the residential project. And obtained the conclusion that estimated of indirect costs in residential projects is very important to do. Kata Kunci : estimation of costs, Inderect Cost, Supply Chain, software SPSS.20
