Ahmad Sihabbudin and Advisor II: Puspita Asri Praceka, M.I.Kom. The rapid development of online media in digital era makes conventional media must adapt and innovate. TopSkor one of the newspaper or sport daily which is still published until now. The purpose of this research is to find out the transformations of TopSkor in existence preventing in digital era. What anything TopSkor does as a form of adaptation that it undertakes to maintain its existence in media industry competition. This research using qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interview technique, observation, and documentation study. The results of research interviews with internal TopSkor that who create TopSkor online with domain page www.topskor.id and e-paper or digital print newspapers that can be accessed by way of subscription. In the media industry, TopSkor is able to survive and keeps rising from the margins of printed newspaper sales and advertising. Regarding the content, TopSkor has exclusive licenses from European sports print media La Gazetta dello Sport from Italy and Marca from Spain. In addition, TopSkor experienced barriers to the lack of personnel in online teams and infrastructure such as the engines used by TopSkor online.
