This study aims to determine the Effects of Incentives and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in Front Office Department The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. This type of research is a quantitative study with literature and field techniques such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 74 respondents. Sampling technique using saturated samples. For the analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v17. From the analysis results obtained R = 0600 then there is a strong influence of incentives and intrinsic motivation on the performance of the employee's performance. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination = 35.9% means that the employee's performance can be affected by the provision of incentives and intrinsic motivation. While the rest influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing between providing incentives for employee performance obtained tcount> ttable 4,095> 1,673 then there is a significant effect. And from the calculation of multiple linear regression equation y = 8.738+ obtained 0.315X1 + 0.512X2. The hypothesis testing results obtained from the value of F count (19,924)> F-table (3.125764), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted or in other words a significant difference between the provision of incentives and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the Front Office of The Sultan Hotel Jakarta.
