- An endophytic fungi lives in plant tissue without causing damage on it’s host. The purpose of this study observed endophytic fungi of mangrove from Pulau Dua Santuary Serang Banten. Samples were taken from three different stations. Samples derived from the roots , stems and leaves of mangrove collected from there different stations and cultured in PDA medium. Morphology of the isolates observed macroscopically and microscopically, for the identification process. The endophytic fungi of mangrove from Pulau Dua Santuary Serang Banten consisted of 8 genera which were Acremonium, Basipetospora, Humicola, Aspergillus, Verticillium, Rhizoctonia, Aureobasidium dan Paecilomyces. The results of the research aplicated in the form of interactive e-book and tested the feasibility which using a questionnaire. The result showed that the feasibility was 78, 33%. It means that the interactive e-book is feasible for using an alternative learning resources for Senior High School Students in the concept Fungi.
