Lack of consulting and socialization held by BPBD Cilegon and whom related affect society have not information about prevention and solving industrial disaster. This study used disaster management theory, consist of pre-disaster, as-disaster and post-disaster, declared by Sutanto. This research used qualitative method. Data proper test used source triangulation and member check. In fact, industrial disaster management in Cilegon was inappropriate condition. Pre-disaster step was not done yet, as the impact of there is not an industrial disaster management working plan, lack of prevention activity, industrial disaster near miss and society awareness. As disaster occurred, working plan carried out well, shown through the existence of sirens, coordination with the other hands. Post-disaster step have not been done properly as the impact of consolidation such as working summit with related organization, especially company management. Writer recommended BPBD Cilegon to arrange working plan as a directive of industrial disaster solving, enhance coordination with company management, socialize, and hold an industrial disaster simulation to nearby society.
