- ABSTRAK The influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance in PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Kadu Agung Serang, students of the Faculty of Economy Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Management Department under the guidance of Mrs. Eloh Bahiroh, SE.,MM. and Mrs. Vera Maria, SE., MM. The purpose of this study was to determine how the organizational culture and organizational commitment of employees and to determine the performance of employees PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Kadu Agung Serang. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal. The sample used by 50 respondents to the techniques of data collection using questionnaires. And the method of data analysis using the test instrument, the classical assumption test, partial correlation coefficients, multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.00. And to know the accepted or rejected the hypothesis used comparison t count and t tables and to use comparative hypotheses simultaneously calculate F and F tables. Meanwhile, to determine the level of keberpengaruhan variables X1, X2 and Y, it can be calculated with SPSS version coefficient of determination. From the coefficient of determination of 58.81% means that if the implementation of both the organizational culture and organizational commitment are met will affect employee performance. From the test results obtained F count> F table (33.541> 3.195) then H 0 rejected and H is accepted, meaning that there is significant influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Kadu Agung Serang.. 1 Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.
