- Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2005 made to ban distributing or selling alcoholic beverages, and prohibits any person using or drink alcohol or that it contains alcohol in public places, but in the Implementation of the rules of the area there are still problems in it’s Implementation. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of regional regulation no. 7 of 2005 on the prohibition of circulation and sale of alcoholic beverages with a case study in the district Neglasari. This research using the approach to evaluation of public policy of the William N. Dunn. This theory has 6 variable that can be used in measuring the success of a policy. The research method used is the method of descriptive approach a qualitative. The result showed that from the result of the Evaluation of the Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2005 on the prohibition of circulation and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Tangerang with a case study in the district Neglasari not running optimally. Adivice: The Government related to the existence of stricter supervision and operating activities be improved, improve communication and coordination of actors implementing agencies involved in regulation this area, immediately to create and adopt the rules of the mayor in regulation regarding the team is in the area, as well as the government to create and adopt regulations on production, distribution and consumption.
