  • ABSTRACK The research was carried out the Mesjid Priyayi village, Kasemen District of Serang Banten Province. This study used a survey method. The objective of this study was the craftsman of the agroindustry household cake with the number of respondents 28 pastry craftman one. The sampling method used in this study was census. The objective of this rereal was to analyze the cost of production and income, knowing the minimum limit of the Break Event Point (BEP), knowing the business efficiency, and giving sensitivity analiysis to the price changes that occur in the production process. Based on the analysis performed on the cake of domestic agroindustries in the Mesjid Priyayi village, Kasemen Districk of serang Banten Province could be concluded that the cost of productionin the production process was Rp 2,436,355.74 the amount of income in a single production process was Rp 3,394,358.55 the minimum limit obtained a single production process of the domestic cake, agroindustry enterprises BEP quantity was Rp 31,908.61 and BEP product was 1.06 Kg, the value of R/C ratio was Rp 2.39 agroindustrial enterprises meaning that it was already efficient cake. Sensitivity analyzes were obtained on 3 skenarios with R/C ratio was Rp 2.39. This means that the agroindustry can be said to be an efficient cake satu.
