Thesis “Student Opinion About Iwan Fals As Brand Ambassador in Top Coffee Ad” (Survey Among Science Of Communication Student UNTIRTA) The opinion is attitude someone about something which have seen or heard, opinion can have positive quality or negative quality depend from background and psychological factor which there on that someone.Advertising is a medium for promotion and become an electronic advance in the utilization of a marketing activity of product. WING Corporation use television advertising to promote their newest product that is Top Coffee, while in advertising certainly be required a brand ambassador for communicate that advertisement. Iwan Fals a Indonesian legendary singer selected to be a brand ambassador in this Top Coffee advertisement. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the opinion student about Iwan Fals as brand ambassador on Top Coffee advertisement. Theory which used is individual differences theory, when the method which used is survey method with quantitative approach. Data were collected from questionnaires deployment result and literature study. Sample in this research is science of communication student UNTIRTA as much as 85 student. Result of descriptive analysis for variable brand ambassador which devided in 4 (four) sub-variables figures obtained by 65,6% for visibility which mean positif, 66,6% for credibility which mean positif, 67,6% for attraction which mean positif and 67,6 for power which mean positif too.whereas total result for analysis descriptive for brand ambassador variabel figures obtained by 66,84% which means good enaugh.
