- ABSTRACT Ira Husnul Hotimah, 2227102356. Improving Social Science Lesson Result Toward Implementation Cooperative Learning Type Talking Stick Model (Classroom Action Research At Sixth Grade Of SDN Bojong I Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency) This research started from problem found while observation, the teacher still have used speech method while explaine the material, while student have passive in teaching learning process so that they got value under minimum standard. It caused by learning activity in the classroom being bored and uninteresting. This research aimed to improve result of student's learning and activity in social science lesson toward Cooperative Learning Type Talking Stick model in sixth grade at SDN Bojong I Cikupa district, Tangerang regency. This research have been conducted two cycles, each cycles consist of two meetings, where each cycles consist of four steps, i.e. planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. According to previous observed at SDN Bojong I Cikupa district, Tangerang regency showed the result percentage of standard minimum in learning process and student's activity each cycles was improve. It showed by the data, first result showed students got result 60 with percentage standard minimum 54% who passed. After conducted first cycles, it has been improved 67,97 with precentage 76%. Beside that, the result of observation toward the teacher activity after conducted cycle I improved from 60% into 80% in second meeting, and student activity improved from 40% into 70% in second meeting. After conducted in cycle II have been improved rather than in cycle I. It showed by the data of student's learning result in cycle II catch 75,94 with percentage 89%. While the result of teacher activity got percentage 90% improved to 100% in second meeting, and student activity got percentage 80% improved to 100% in second meeting. Based on the result above, it could be conclude that Classroom Action Research toward implementing Cooperative Learning Type Talking Stick could be improve social science lesson, score for the students in SDN Bojong I. Key words: Learning Result, Social Science Lesson, and Cooperative Learning Type Talking Stick Model.
