- The research aims to find out Leverage (X) proxied by Debt to Equiy Ratio (X) to Firm Value proxies with Price to Book Value (Y) by Profitability proxies with Return On Equity (Z) as intervening variables. The population used in this study is all mining Sector companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2016. The sample of this research are 25 companies from 42 population amount by using purposive sampling method. Technical analysis of data that is Path Analyze. And using Y = α + Xp1 + Zp3 + ε2 as the comparison regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leverage (DER) has negative nd insignificant effect on Firm Value, (2) Leverage (DER) has negative and insignificant effect on Profitability (ROE), (3) Profitability (ROE) has positive and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), and (4) Profitability is unable to intervene Leverage (DER) with Firm Value.
