Under the guidance of H. Wawan Prahiawan, SE., MM. and Vera Maria, SE., MM. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variables. The variables is used compensation (X1), organizational commitment (X2), employee performance (Y), job satisfaction (Z) Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Determination of samples used slovin formula and obtained a sample of 69 respondents using quantitative data analysis methods. The method used in this study is descriptive and techniques of the analysis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study shows that: (1) Compensation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Compensation has positive and significant effect of employee performance (3) Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (5) Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance (6) Job satisfaction can meditate the relationship between compensation with employee performance (7) Job satisfaction can meditate relationship between organizational commitment with employee performance.
