And with capacity of being. The aim of this research is to find out the green mustard marketing, functions in the green mustard marketing do, the costs, the margins, the institute of technical and marketing caisim economic efficiency of their marketing outlets and green mustard. The methodology used to research this is a method of survey. The selection of areas the research was done purposively ( deliberately ). The collection of respondents at this research, farmers caisim 25 people, of 125 ( simple random sampling now marketing to an institution sample taken 2 middle-man, two students from large traders and 35 were a retailer ( snowball sampling ). Processing techniques and analysis of data using the method of analysis deskriftip and quantitative. The results of research to the costs of marketing on a tract of Rp.559,75 /kg. The margin of Rp.1000/kg . Profit of Rp.770/kg. The cost of the ii rp .597,49 per kilogram .The margin of Rp.3,500/kg. Profit of Rp.1902,5/kg. The costs of marketing channel III Rp.830,32/kg. The margin of Rp.3,500/kg. Profit of Rp.1669,66/kg. The efficiency of green mustard marketing to three different channels I is the technical efficiency of 69,92. 74,68 of Channel II. 29,65 of Channes III.
