  • This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and evectivenness on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. In the research the method used is descriptive and casualmethode. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Determination of sample used slovin formula and obtained a sample of 99 respondent using quantitative data analysis methods. Form result of calculation of SPSS v.22 result of research with significance level 0.05% obtained conclusion:1) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on employee performance obtained tcount> ttable (4.664> 1.660) and sig <0.05 (0.00 <0.05). 2) there is a positive and significant effect of training effectiveness on employee performance obtained tcount> ttable (6.572> 1.660) and sig <0.05 (0.00 <0.05). 3) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction obtained tcount> ttable (2.485> 1.660) and sig> 0.05 (0.15> 0.05). 4) there is a positive and significant effect of training effectiveness on job satisfaction obtained tcount> ttable (3.942> 1.660) and sig <0.05 (0.00 <0.05). 5) there are positive influence and significant employee performance to job satisfaction got tcount> ttable (2.299> 1.660) and sig> 0.05 (0.24> 0.05).
