- The purpose of this study was to determine of effect of Transactional Leadership and Organizational Climate on Employment Performance with Job Satisfaction as intervening variable in PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik Cilegon. In this study Transactional Leadership (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) is a independent variable, Employment Performance is a dependent variable and Job satisfaction is a intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative methoted. The respondent for this research totaled 68 employess PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik Cilegon. Technique of sample collection used Non Probability Sampling, that is Purposive Sampling. date are analized by instrument test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, t-test, and path analysis. Research result showed that the transactional leadership has a positive and significant influence on the employment performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on the employment performance, transactional leadership has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction, organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on the employment performance.
