  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of : Levers of Control and Innovativeness on increase Organizational Performance. The population in this study were all management who work on manufacturing enterprises in Banten Province. The sample in this study were all management in the 21 large-scale manufacturing companies in the Banten Province. While respondents were in this study is Middle Management. The data was collected using a questionnaire, while the measurement data using 5 Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) through software Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data analysis showed that all the hypotheses proposed in this study is acceptable. This means that Levers of Cotrol and Innovativeness are affect on increase Organizational Performance.
