Djasuro Surya, S.E., M. Si and Gerry Ganika, S.E., M.Sc This study aims to determine whether there is influence between service quality and user satisfaction rates to inpatient services at Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative. To determine the sample, researchers use "sample saturated" by making the patients who had been hospitalized felt Krakatau Medika as respondents / sample. Data were analyzed using multiple regression using IBM SPSS 20 for windows. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, researchers used the t test and F test From the results of all calculations, test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption is met. Known results of multiple regression equation Y = 0.206 + + 0,201x2 0,100x1. Value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.687. It shows that the quality of service and tariffs have a relationship that is strong enough to affect user satisfaction inpatient services, while the coefficient of determination (kd) = 47.2%, it means that the contribution of service quality and user satisfaction rates to inpatient services by 47 , 2% and the remaining 52.8% is explained by other factors not addressed in this study. And the results of the F test is known that Fhitung> Ftabel (43,340> 3.090187) means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, specifies the quality of service and tariffs have a strong enough relationship to affect user satisfaction inpatient services at Krakatau Medika Hospital (RSKM) Cilegon.
