- ABSTRACT Influence of working conditions and interpersonal communication on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Cikokol Areas is the tittle essay of Pratiwi Apriani (101208), a student of the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Economic Faculty, Department of Human Resources Management under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Bambang Triadji, M.Si as mentor I and Gerry Ganika SE., M.Sc as mentor II. The purpose if this study was to determine the working conditions, to determine interpersonal communication, to determine the influence of working conditions and interpersonal communication on job satisfaction. This study uses descriptive and verification. Design research is descriptive and casual. Sample used as many as 40 respondents using the method of data analysis using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Based on the analysis using statistical software SPSS 20 note that the regression equation Y = -2875 + 0,733x 1 + 0,169x Multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0,813, whish means that the is moderate and significant relationship between working conditions and interpersonal communication on job satisfaction, while the coefficient of determinant (Kd) = 66,1% shows that the influence of working condition and interpersonal communication on job satifaction, while the remaining 33,9% influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. And of the result of the F test is known that F value > F (36,119 > 3,251924), so H 0 is rejected and H a 2. is accepted, that the variabel working condition and interpersonal communication have significant impact on the job satisfaction at PT.
