- Investment increases both from within and outside the country can be a mainstay in an effort to increase economic growth in a region and income per capita of the population which has an impact on the increase in the number of active workforce. The problem of economic growth is a very important problem because it becomes the benchmark of the income and welfare section depending on whether an economy grows or not. The aim to be achieved in this study is to analyze the relationship of FDI and domestic investment, minimum wages, and economic growth to the absorption of labor in regencies / cities in Banten Province. The study uses panel data analysis. The data used in the study is data from 2010 to 2014. The results showed that the partial variable of minimum wages has a significant effect on employment, but does not apply to investment and economic growth that have no significant effect on employment in Banten Province
