The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on performance . In this study , the organizational culture ( X1 ) as the independent variable , job satisfaction ( X2 ) as independent variables and employee performance ( Y ) as the dependent variable . Data from three variables were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The samples used in this study 50 samples . Data obtained through the questionnaire for validity and reliability . The analysis used was t , accompanied by classical assumptions. The study produced several findings include: 1. Organizational Culture influence on employee performance , this is because ( t value 2.525 is greater than t table value 2.0106 ) 2. Job satisfaction effect on employee performance , this is because ( the value of t 2,919 count is greater than t table value 2.0106 ) 3. Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction jointly significant effect on Employee performance With the calculated F is greater than F table ( 5.884 > 3.20 ) .
