  • The purpose of this research is to get the evidence about the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment and public accountability of organizational performance in the provincial government of Banten province. The population in this study is the Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Banten Province with the sample of 14 OPD. The study respondents are the head of the OPD, Head of Division, Head of Section, Head of Sub.Division, Head of Sub.Section, the head and finance staff. The sample determination by determined of sampling method. Data obtained by distributing questionnare directly to 135 respondents and 100 quesionnare which can be processed by the researcher. Analysis of data is using multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) 23.The results of this study is indicate that style leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Organizational culture has a positive not significant effect on organizational performance. Meanwhile, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and public accountability has positive effect and significant impact of organizational performance.
