- The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as variable Intervening on employees of PT. NS Bluescope Indonesia in Cilegon Banten. This research uses quantitative research types in accordance with questionnaires and surveys in the company. In this study, there are four variables, namely Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Employee Performance (Y), and Work Motivation (Z). This research involved 54 sample of employees of PT. NS Bluescope Indonesia Cilegon Banten. To get accurate results in this study using descriptive methods, data analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption test, t test, path analysis of intervening variables and sobel test with SPSS v20 calculation, the program used in this process. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the results of t count> t table (4,586> 1,675) using a significant level of 0.05 so that H1 is accepted. (2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the results of t count> t table (2,241> 1,675) using a significant level of 0.05 so that H2 is accepted. (3) transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation. This is shown by the results of t count> t table (1,721> 1,675) using a significant level of 0.05 so that H3 is accepted. (4) organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on work motivation. This is shown by the results of t count <t table (1,223< 1,675) using a significant level of 0.05 so that H4 is rejected. (5) work motivation has significant positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the results of t count> t table (5.112> 1.675) using a significant level of 0.05 so that H5 is accepted.
