- This research is aimed to prove whwther there is influence of Transformasional Leadership and Discipline of Work on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Merak. This research was using descriptive and kausal methods. The population of 412 respondents and using the slovin formula as much as 80 samples using random random sampling technicque through interview, observation, kuesioner. The analytical tool used classic assumptions test, double regression analysis, data analysis test, coefficient of determination, t-test and sobel test by calculation result SPSS v 22 program. The result of this research there is positif and signifikan effect transformasional leadership on job satisfaction (3,120>1,664) and significant (0,003<0,05); there is positif but not significant discipline of work on job satisfaction (1,611<1,664) and significant (0,111>0,05); there is positif and significant transformasional leadership on employee performance (2,423>1,664) and significant (0,018<,0,05); ); there is positif and significant discipline of work on employee performance (2,212>1,664) and significant (0,030<0,05); there is positif and significant job satisfaction on employee performance (2,822>1,664) and significant (0,006<0,05). Job satisfaction not be intervening variabels on for relationship transformasional leadership and discipline of work on employee performance because indirect effect transformasional leadership (0,452573), discipline of work (0,178262)<direct effect transformasional leadership (0,571) discipline of work (0,371) and with influence not significant.
